Calm Mama Hive

Hello, I'm

Janine Vasiliou

Lifestyle organiser.
A former shopaholic and a mother of four.

I offer a trusted, confidential partnership, free of judgment and led with compassion. Working one-on-one, I create a space where you feel genuinely safe and supported as we reclaim your home together.

In her own words

A home that works, long after I've gone.

In a hive, every cell has its purpose and every bee its job, and together it simply works. A home can feel the same way, with a natural place for everything and daily life made lighter. That is the whole idea behind what I do.

Hi, I'm Janine, a former shopaholic and a mother of four. I've moved house and decluttered my own home enough times to know first-hand the quiet stress that an unmanaged home creates.

I'm a creative person, and something of a perfectionist. But as an organising specialist, I've learned to let go of the Pinterest-perfect show home in favour of something better: spaces that genuinely work, built around the real needs of each family who lives in them.

I don't just organise your home. I make it sustainable, teaching you the solutions to maintain and manage it yourself, so it keeps working long after I've gone.

I love tidying and organising, and there's honestly no such thing as "messy" to me. I love helping families, and I'm passionate about supporting people who need it most.

I work in person across Kuala Lumpur, and virtually with families anywhere in the world. I can't wait to get organised with you, and simplify your life for good.

Before you book

Please do not tidy before I arrive.

Every client apologises. Within ninety seconds of the door opening, someone is explaining the state of the spare room. You do not need to. I have seen it all, and practically, if you tidy first, you hide the evidence I need. Where things actually land is the data.

No judgment

No sighing, no "oh dear", no photographs of the mess. The cupboard that cannot be opened, the four years of paperwork, the wardrobe holding two different lives. None of it is shocking, and none of it is a character flaw.

You decide. Always.

Nothing is thrown away, moved on, or donated without your approval. Not one item. If you want to keep it, we design a home for it, that is a legitimate answer, and it is the job.

Storage for a Tuesday

Built around your real routines and your family, not around a photograph. If the school bags land by the front door at 2pm, the system for school bags lives by the front door.

It must hold after I leave

It should take less effort to keep the house right than it currently takes to keep it wrong. If it takes more, I have designed it badly.

What you are actually buying

The method, the profile, the promise.

01  The method

Five stages

Map, Profile, Decide, Build, Hold. Always in that order, developed and refined in working family homes, whether it is one wardrobe or an entire house.

02  The profile

My own questionnaire

Style, cause, and follow-through. How your brain organises, why the clutter started, and what storage will actually hold given who you are.

03  The promise

It holds after I leave

Or it did not work. The household is shown how it runs, the reset rules are simple enough to do tired, and the findings are written up so you can design for yourself.

I only work with a few families at a time, so each one gets my full attention. Right now I'm full. Leave your details and I'll be in touch personally as soon as a space opens, no pressure and no rush.
